RETURN POLICY INFORMATION

PLEASE READ BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER

In our desire to have completely satisfied customers we want to make returns from incorrectly shipped products, unwanted products or damaged goods as easy as possible.

For products that were shipped incorrectly:
Place email us from our website using the Contact Us page. Select "Incorrect Products Shipped" from the drop-down menu and proceed to have your Return Authorization Number provided, plus a UPS return freight voucher number to use. You will be requested to provide invoice number and date of purchase. We will immediately replace your incorrectly shipped products with the products you had originally requested. There will, of course, be no additional fees extended to you, only our apologies.

For unwanted products that have been unopened:
If the products you have requested are no longer desired when received, and have not been used (seals must not be broken), please email us from our website using the Contact Us page. Select "Unwanted Products" from the drop-down and proceed for your Return Authorization Number. You will be requested to provide invoice number and date of purchase. You will be responsible for return freight charges. Once we receive your return, you will be credited, to the method of your payment, the full amount of returned goods, less shipping and handling fees. You must make this return request with 3 working days from receipt of product(s) and ship products back within 10 days. Products must be returned in there original shipping carton and packaging. There will be no restocking fee.

For damaged or defective goods:
For products that were damaged in shipment, you must contact us within 3 days after receipt of shipment. Please email us from our website using the Contact Us page and select "Damaged Goods" from the drop-down menu. You will need to provide the invoice number and date of purchase. If UPS is not already aware of the damaged shipment, you will be required to keep product(s) until UPS has been notified and inspected claim. Once approved, we will ship your replacement product(s) without any additional cost to you.  DO NOT RETURN THESE PRODUCTS. UPS MUST INSPECT THEM.

AND IF THE PRODUCTS ARE NOT DAMAGED,

No merchandise will be accepted without prior approval. Failure to obtain prior approval will result in refusal of shipment and credit will not be given.
